A Service Second to None
It all starts with communication – we answer the phone in person. You’ll always speak to someone who knows what they’re talking about. We want the process from then on to be as straightforward and transparent for you as possible. Call us on 0800 46 49 46 between 8am–8pm 7 days/week, or use the contact form below.
One upfront fee of $300 covers standard delivery and collection for a six month’s hire. A $300 bond (refundable at the hire’s end) is also payable, plus your first week’s hire payment of $85 or $100 depending on the size of your cabin choice (Kowhai or Kauri). There is an extra cost if a HIAB is required for delivery and collection.
A $300 bond is held as part of the hire agreement. This is refundable when the cabin is returned in satisfactory condition. We do allow for reasonable wear and tear. Our cabins are designed to make any maintenance minimal. Still, we do ask for the cabin to be returned in a clean and tidy condition, with all accessories as supplied, for a full refund of the bond.
Cabin Delivery &
After you decide which cabin size is right for you (either the 3.6m x 2.4 Kowhai, or the 4.2m x 2.4 Kauri) we’ll contact you to make sure we have the correct address for delivery, and discuss any hurdles or restrictions that may affect delivery. We’ll agree on a suitable date and approximate time and, if weather is not an issue, we’ll deliver on time, because we “say what we do and do what we say”.
