How the process works

STEP 1: Tell us about your accommodation needs by completing our online enquiry form

STEP 2: We'll send you an application form to fill in (you’ll need your WINZ client number for this) and we will then prepare a free WINZ quote for your cabin hire.

STEP 3: Take the quote to your WINZ case manager, who will assess your eligibility and advise what assistance may be available.

STEP 4: Once approved, we'll arrange delivery of your cabin as quickly as possible.

  • No. While MIZIN is an approved provider, all financial assistance is assessed and approved by Work and Income based on your individual circumstances.

  • The amount, if any, depends on your personal situation and the type of assistance you're eligible for. Your WINZ case manager will discuss this with you.

  • We keep cabins available for fast delivery wherever possible and regularly assist customers who require accommodation urgently.

  • No. We provide WINZ quotes free of charge.
